Our Gather Alaska Christian Homeschool Co-ops are a great place to experience a rich and intimate community while building relationships with other homeschooling families.

Our Monday Co-op uses the Gather ‘Round Curriculum.  We go through one Unit Study a semester together.  

 

This year we are studying  “Creepy & Crawlies” for the 1st Semester &  “Ideas & Inventions” for the 2nd Semester.

​

We have a ton of field trip ideas to tie into this Co-op experience.  Field trips we be on alternate days of Community day, usually on Fridays.  We call it Field Trip Friday!

This community is a 20 week community year.

 

Below is what the community day schedule will look like.

Assembly (10:00am - 11:00am ) -worship, devotionals. announcements

Morning class (11:00am - 12:00pm)

Lunch (12:00pm - 1:00pm)

Afternoon class (1:00pm - 2:00pm)

Optional IEW Class (2:30pm - 3:45 pm) - Taught by Mrs. Catherine Gilliland

(Additional payment for this class will be made directly to Catherine Gilliland)
